Water Sample Reports – Acadiana
On behalf of the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Matrix New World Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture (Matrix) has prepared these Final Sampling Reports for Prime Time Head Start. Matrix developed the reports following assessment and sampling of water sources used for consumption at the facilities to determine the potential presence and concentration of lead in drinking water. The reports provide a summary of the activities performed by Matrix, the results of the analytical testing, and any recommendations to the facility as a result of the analytical results.
